DGH Challenges is a game that is based around six different genres of games making it a game that has six different games within the one. The games/ levels are a Driving, Platformer, Maze, RPG style, Space Hop and a shooter. Each level/game was designed by a different member of the team. Each level was designed around our own individual interests in games making the levels diverse and harder for the player testing there knowledge and skills in each genre. 
The game has a distinction merit ad pass system in it allowing the player to see where there skills at and how much they need to improve by. The player must gather a distinction from each level to progress to the next.
There is a bonus level that is a collaboration between the six levels put into one. The bonus level has elements of each level making it Diverse.

The Levels

: Level One Driving

The player must drive through the level while making jumps, avoiding barriers/ objects that will blocking the players path in certain areas and while watching the time to try and get the correct time to gain the Distinction  time limit to progress.  As your speed increases it gets harder for the player to avoid what is placed to try and block and stop the player.

The player must jump from platform to platform while trying not to drop into the acid below. There will be obstacles that will be making it not just about trying to make the platform but also about avoiding the deadly obstacles that will be in there path. The player has to reach the end while trying to get the distinction time to progress to the next level. There are checkpoints in certain areas so that it makes it slightly easier for the player to get to the end.

The player must solve the maze while trying to gain a good time to get the distinction criteria. The player has a chance to get an overview of the maze before entering to give them a chance of solving it within the time. The player has to get a trophy at the end and bring it to the finish. The finish is clearly marked by a flare for the player to know where it is before entering the maze. The trophy is also marked with a flare.

: Level Four RPG

In this level the player must navigate his way to the end while trying to avoid traps and enemies. You are a mage trying to stop numerous enemies that will be attempting to block your path and stop you while you are on your way to the end. Each enemy has different damage and health making each one diverse. The goal is to stop the evil leaders of the enemy groups by shooting fire balls from your hands. Once all enemies have been defeated or you reach the end in a fast time to gain the distinction then you will be able to progress to the next level.

Level five is a space hop game where the player has to avoid the asteroids and reach the landing platform at the end. If the player hits any of the barriers, asteroids or anything other than the pad then the ship explodes and the player will have to start over again. Whereas some asteroids may stay still others will be rotating to make it a little more difficult for the player to reach the end.

: Level Six Shooter

In this shooter the player must hit all the targets without failure. As all the other levels this one also has a time element to it so you are being timed on how long it takes you to complete the course. There is a counter that will count how many targets you have hit. Each level of the house/ course has different targets with different heights, directions, speeds and other aspects that make the targets differ from one another. Not only will they have to hit the targets and have to watch out for the time but there are certain obstacles that the player will encounter throughout the level.
